Górczewska 156/32, in order to efficiently run IT systems on behalf of the data controller; FreshMail Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, at Al. 29 November 155c, in order to provide information on statutory activities carried out by the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association; ComVision Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice at ul. Toszecka 101, in order to provide, by way of telephone, all necessary information regarding Oncorun: Together for health! and also PayU S.A. based in Poznań at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, in order to facilitate the payment of donations for the statutory purposes of the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

As part of the separately expressed consent to the processing of personal data, you also have the option of receiving from the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association the SARCOMA newsletter and also letters sent by normal post.

The Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association, pursuant to art. 6 point 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), would like to make it clear that whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses and any other potential threats from our websites, we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for damage caused through the downloading of viruses.
