Such consent may be withdrawn at any time with immediate effect, however your personal data will be held on file for the period of implementation of the purpose for which they were obtained, meaning the period in which the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association will be required to keep records specified in the general provisions, including the limitation period for claims arising out of a given legal relationship.

The data controller of all personal data provided to Sarcoma.pl and Onkobieg.pl is the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association, located at ul. Mickiewicza 63 room 304, 01-625 Warsaw, with its registered office at ul. Malborska 14/5, 03-286 Warsaw. Personal data will be made available to other bodies, including Sidnet Solutions Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Górczewska 156/32, in order to efficiently run IT systems on behalf of the data controller; FreshMail Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, at Al. 29 November 155c, in order to provide information on statutory activities carried out by the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association; ComVision Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice at ul. Toszecka 101, in order to provide, by way of telephone, all necessary information regarding Oncorun: Together for health! and also PayU S.A. based in Poznań at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, in order to facilitate the payment of donations for the statutory purposes of the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association.
The Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association does not allow personal details to passed on to any third party or international organization(s).

How is my personal data is collected, stored and used by the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To enable you to sign up and participate in the Oncorun: Together for health! event
  • To allow you to access your personal records and achievements via the website www.onkobieg.pl
  • To enable you to further support the work of the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association
  • To send you all necessary information and to express our gratitude for your support

As part of the separately expressed consent to the processing of personal data, you also have the option of receiving from the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association the SARCOMA newsletter and also letters sent by normal post.

The personal data provided to us by users is done so on a voluntary basis; it is, however, necessary, for participation in the Oncorun: Together for health! event as it allows us to efficiently carry out the process of booking start kits. During the sign-up process it is necessary to provide personal details such as name and surname, home address, age, gender, and to create a username and password in order that you are fully registered and therefore able to take part in the Oncorun: Together for health! event. On the form, you also have the option of agreeing to receive the newsletter which contains information about our activities, for example about the work we are doing in support of those in our care, or upcoming events such as Oncorun: Together for health! It should be remembered that the user's consent to the processing of his or her personal data by the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association is completely voluntary. Each user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal details; to access to their personal details and, if required, receive a copy of their personal details; to object to the processing of their personal details; to delete or limit the processing of their persona details; to rectify and, if necessary, update their personal details. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and object to the processing of your personal data that you voluntarily provided, however, personal data will be held on record for the period of implementation of the purpose for which they were obtained, meaning the period in which the Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association is be required to keep records specified in the general provisions, including the limitation period for claims arising from a given legal relationship, including those arising of accident insurance contracts concluded for the participants of the race.

Can minors sign up for Oncorun?

Persons under 18 years of age can sign up only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. In order to book a start kit for Oncorun: Together for health! and take part in the event you will need to produce a consent form signed by your parent or legal guardian.

Information about possible threats

The Polish Sarcoma and Melanoma Patients Association, pursuant to art. 6 point 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), would like to make it clear that whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses and any other potential threats from our websites, we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for damage caused through the downloading of viruses. You are, therefore, recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the website, with respect to the following:
